The Birmingham Public Library‘s Southern History Department presents another in its excellent series of “Beyond the Basics” genealogy workshops on Saturday, Sept. 17.
“Getting the Good Dirt: Using Land Records” is the topic of the 10 a.m. class, which will be held in the East Room at the Linn-Henley Research Library, 2100 Park Place in downtown Birmingham.
The workshop is designed for people who have genealogical research experience and basic computer and Internet skills.
